Creative Cloude Packager won't start the process on mine MacBook Pro 2013. whats wrong?

Please rename CCP folder to CCP.old from below location and re-install CCPlauncher again. it should work fine.

User library>Application support>Adobe>CCP

• What is the exact issue that you facing?
• Do you get any error while installing adobe CCpackager?
• What is the Operating System that you are using?
• Since when you are facing this problem. Has it ever worked for you?
• What all CC products are currently installed on your system??
• What all steps did you try from your end?
