Hello,
My workplace purchased CS3 in 2007 with 6 activations. I have been using it since then. Recently I have received a new machine and forgot deactivate CS3 on the old one. When I installed CS3 on my new machine and tried to activate it told me that maximum activations have been reached and I cannot activate it.
I know we currently only use 3 or 4 activations only.
Please help deactivate one, so I can activate it on my new machine. Serial #:
Thank you.
Message was edited by: Lieve Weymeis I took out the serial number, you don't want anyone else to use that number I suppose. This is a public forum, do not throw such sensitive information in a thread.
When you have a non-functioning computer and can't deactivate, use the link below
Serial number and activation support (non-Cloud) https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2041990 to adjust activation count
-only Adobe can help with serial number problems, nobody here can access the activation server

John, I have tried to contact chat twice to adjust licence count, spent 2 hours providing purchase information. The response both times was that I can only solve the issue via forum support!?

I was unable to find any serial number registered to this account registered to the Forum, if you could please share the serial number by private message, then I can certainly follow up the issue.
