Hi rcrespos,

If you are trying to install the software using a Disc then please copy all the content from the Disc to your computer and then try to install the same. If you continue to face the issue then please follow this KB article for further assistance

Hi rcrespos,

Please try downloading the Acrobat X pro from this Link and check whether you are able to install it or not. If yes that means the files are corrupted in the CS6 suite abd may require you to redownload the suite.

To download Acrobat X pro please use this link http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

please let us know if it helps.

Abhijit

i had the exact same issue. tried different suggested method but no luck...

eventually i found a way to get the Acrobat X Pro installed myself.

there is the procedure

1.) install CS6 package

2.) if Acrobat X Pro is failed to install then change all Windows language settings to US English

    *disable Anti-Virus if needed

3.) run Photoshop once to activate the license

4.) run the CS6 installation again to install Acrobat X Pro

5.) roll back Windows language settings if Acrobat X Pro is successfully installed
