CS6 Deployment - Exit Code (37)

Hello can anyone help please?

I have a problem with CS6 Design and Web Premium deployment,

Using Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition 3.1 on a Windows 7 SP1 32bit, I create a 32 bit deployment selecting all products to install, the program creates the deployment  successfully with no errors.  I then try to install the deployment, by running the msi silently.  It starts to install ok, looking at the C:\Program Files\Adobe, new folders are created during the install, eg Bridge CS6, Dreamweaver CS6.  It must then encounter an error and start rolling back, and uninstalls the previous items.  Looking in log PDApp.log it shows the following

11/27/2012 08:35:58 [FATAL] DeploymentManager - The return code from the Adobe Installer Process is (37).Stopping the installation process.

I have tried to modify the deployment package by taking out photoshop, then dreamweaver to see which application is causing it to fail, after i try to rerun again the same exit code (37) is shown.

Any ideas??

Thanks

Hi,

Return code of 37 means that the Adobe genuine Validation check has failed. This means that your media got corrupted while downloading or copying. You should re-download it from Adobe.com and make a fresh package using AAMEE 3.1.
