CS6 Silent install doesn't work without internet access!!

Silent install doesn't work without internet access!! Created a CS6 msi package using Adobe application manager enterprise edition and now during the deployment process it gets stuck if you don't have access to the internet and works as soon as you give the machine access to the internet.

Is there a work around as the machines we are deploying to doesn't have access to the internet during the application install process.
