I would like to delete my Adobe Community account but when I do I am asked to hand off the primary administrator role for my organisation. I am the only person in my organisation. Is it not possible to delete everything - my personal account and the organisation? I tried logging into Admin Console but it doesn't work.

I can see the chat icon on this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html), I would recommend you to try opening the page in a different browser or in incognito mode and check. If it shows up in a different browser or in incognito mode then clear the cache and cookies of your current browser.
