Hello,
I bought an Adobe Stock plan for Business when I meant to only buy it for personal.
Can I delete the business somehow and get a refund or transfer the plan to my personal account? I also have the general Creative Cloud All Apps plan on my personal account.

The general way for this is to cancel and resubscribe. However, that may incur some cancellations fees to you if applicable. So the best option for you would be to contact support and they will guide you to the best possible solution for your use case

3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
