Bonjour,

Nous avons un abonnement de 19.99€ mais nous n'avons aucunes factures sur notre compte depuis le mois de juillet 2024.

Pouvez-vous nous dire pourquoi et nous vous demandons de bien vouloir nous les envoyer sur 

Merci de faire ca en urgence car nous en avons besoin pour clôturer notre compte 2024.

Could you please confirm whether you are requesting an invoice for your Teams or individual subscription?

  • For an individual subscription: You can access and print your invoices using the following guide:
    Print your Creative Cloud invoice

  • For a Teams subscription: If you purchased your membership directly from Adobe, only the contract owner can access the billing history through the Admin Console. Please confirm whether you can log in to the Admin Console. More details can be found here:
