I'm trying to get this lab up and running. I actually needed it last week but just got the software disc to instal CC Wednesday.
I am the administrator. And every answer I see says I need to use the Admin Console. I am computer savvy but by no means a network nerd.
I can't get to the Admin Console at all and I know my userID was used to set up the device machines. Help!

Hi,
The key question is what kind of license you have. Essentially there are various options depending on the license type.
1. Creative Cloud for Enterprise license. Entitlement is controlled either by serial number which requires a serialised package to be deployed, or named user sign in. This requires adding the user's ID to the Admin Console and granting entitlement. To do this you need to have an Admin Console set up and be an admin for that console. Enterprise Help | Enterprise Learn & Support
2. Creative Cloud for Teams (VIP) - requires access to CCT Admin Console, Named User only, no serial numbers available. Creative Cloud Help | Overview: Deploying Creative Cloud for teams
3. Device License. This licenses the machine rather than the user. Requires a package to be built with the Creative Cloud Packager with the device license included. No sign in required.Creative Cloud Help | Overview: Deploying Creative Cloud for teams
If you are not sure which you have you may want to Contact Customer Care who will check your ID or organisation and should be able to find out.
Hope that helps.

I have a VIP license for teams. The app says contact the admin. I AM THE ADMIN. There is NO WAY to find what I need and there is no way to talk to anyone on the phone. I am extraordinarily frustrated that
1) my institution just handed me a disk
2) Adobe has no easy way to solve this.
Meanwhile our very expensive lab cannot run CC at all.

Hi,
To access your CCT teams portal in order to assign your licenses go to Admin Console for teams and login with your Adobe ID.
Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership
I am not sure what is on your disk (CC does not come on DVD anymore).
However you can either download the Creative Cloud Packager from the Admin Console and build a package, or simply install the Creative Cloud Desktop App on each machine and use that to install the desired applications.
Phone support options are available from the Help tab of the CCT Admin Console.

.
This is what I see.
My IT department made a deployment DVD. They provided me with a DVD to install on each machine.
But my sign-in, and I am the VIP admin, tells me to contact the admin to manage licenses. It's an eternal loop of frustration. And BTW, I was promised an Adobe engineer would call me back yesterday and that never happened.

It sounds like you have either not been added as an admin, or you have been added under a different email address (and hence a different Adobe ID). Looking at your account you are a team member, not an admin.

So, after spending many thousands of dollars for a licensed lab, how do I get Adobe to FIX this? I promise you this is the only email that was used.

The existing admin needs to invite you, following the steps below. I will ask our CCT support to contact you for further guidance.

The root of the problem is...I AM the administrator. I never received any email from anyone about activating as such. Meanwhile our lab cannot be used and we are halfway through the third week of classes.

Our CCT support team tell me they have emailed you and if you can provide them with a current 'phone number they will give you a call. They should be able to sort this out for you.

Still no luck at all. Why is this so extraordinarily difficult? An Adobe engineer spent two hours controlling one machine remotely, still with no luck.
he promised to call back back and never did. We spent thousands on these licenses.
