Difference between Acrobat X Pro and Acrobat X Pro - English, Francais, Deutsch

We are in the middle of redeploying Acrobat X Pro across some of the workstations in our organization. Previously, we had made an AIP. We're uninstalling this and redeploying using the bootstrap method. The weird thing is, our network inventorying software is listing a different name for Acrobat: "Adobe Acrobat X Pro - English, Francais, Deutsch." The rest of our machines simply say "Adobe Acrobat X Pro." What is the difference between these two? Why are the names different? We are deploying the 10.0 installer and applying the 10.1.2 quarterly patch.

It really depends.  If it's a true Adobe distribution then it's the ENU (English Only) distribution.  The "...- English, Francais, Deutch" distribution is just that.  It is the distribution that will load English, French or German by default depending on the OS language that it's installed.  There are other features but that is the basic difference.
