Hi All,
We have been invoiced in SAR and the deduction was done in USD which made a discrepancy in the total amount due to the currency exchange difference. I had many invoices from Adobe before and on the same account, all were deducted in the same invoiced currency.
I have talked to the support in Adobe to find a solution and the only answer they had is that they did not deduct in USD, the bank did 🙂 ... anyway, I asked them to make it easier on all of us and just re-issue the Invoice in USD so we can adjust our accounts. They refused and told me to speak to my Bank as this is not their issue, it's a bank issue as they claim.
Has anyone faced the same?
