We have a user who did not realize they setu up two-step verification. They cannot logon to https://account.adobe.com/security to disable as it wants the verification code it sent.
Problem is this person is not recieving and does not know what was put in for the email address.
As an Admin can I disable this in Adobe Admin console somehow

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
