Do I have to pay for Photoshop Touch? (CC team account)

I have a Creative Cloud team account, how can I access to Photoshop touch without paying with my personal App Store account?

If I try to download it, the Apple Store asks me to pay for it

It's not particularly clear from the download center in creative cloud.  Thanks for the link.
