Does adobe XD cloud documents support access through proxy servers?

New Here ,
Aug 09, 2019 Aug 09, 2019

We currently experience issues with the usage of Adobe XD cloud documents feature from within our corporate network. External DNS domain name and network system access is limited by a firewall. All of our external Internet traffic makes use of proxy servers.

We have the following questions:

Does Adobe XD cloud documents support access through proxy servers?

If so:

  • How can we configure proxy support in Adobe XD?
  • What DNS domain name suffixes need to be whitelisted for SSL scanning?

If not:

  • Is proxy support planned and if so when will it be available?
  • What DNS domains and what network ranges and/or IP addresses need to be made directly accessible for internal end-user systems?

Hi Roy,

You can view a list of all endpoints, with a brief description of the products and services that access it here Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints.

You can also download the list of unique endpoints as a text file. This article is updated frequently as we add more services, products, and capabilities, so keep a watch.

Let us know if this helps.
