Does Invite Multiple work?

I've tried this multiple times on two different browsers (Chrome and IE), but I can never get the Invite Multiple feature to work in Team Management. I have 80 users to invite and I certainly don't want to type their email addresses manually, so I've tried using the Invite Multiple feature to upload a list. When I do so it accepts the list and then all the users are listed as "invitation pending". However, none of those users receives an email and when I go back to Team Management the invites have disappeared. Again, I've tried this multiple times, and it fails every time.

If I add a user individually, it seems to work.

Are other people having this problem? Is it a known issue?

How is the list separated? Line breaks? Semicolons?

Line breaks. I found the CSV import wasn't immediately working, so I just pasted in a list of email addresses without user names. As I said, it accepted the names and seemed to create invites, but then they later vanished.

I just used Invite multiple today with two groups of users, both just lists of email addresses separated by line breaks. When I entered a list of 3 users, I recieved this message:

You have only purchased 88 seats.

To add additional team members and send invites, your reseller must purchase 3 more.

I have 29 available seats.
