Hi,

I am having troubles getting my domain validated. I have put up the txt record and checked it with MX toolbox like the other forum post but I still get the error

"We were unable to validate ownership for the requested domain. Verify the DNS setup for the domain and try again."

Any Ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for the additional info. I was able to check the domain you provided.

You need to omit @ 3600 IN TXT in the DNS record. You can also get this by clicking Get Record Value in the access DNS token window.

Hi,

Assuming that the domain is the same as your email domain, there seems to be no TXT record entered. I checked with two services.

Hi,

Our domain is not the same as our email domain it is lakelandchristianacademy.com. Is that where the problem comes from?
