Download, install and verificate license for Adobe XD without internet

Hello,

Is it possible to use Adobe XD offline? We want to use it in our company but because of the security concerns we do not have the internet access. How to install the Adobe XD and  verificate the our lisans without internet accces? In your website has a statement  " There are exceptions for offline activation for enterprise customers only." Could you give detailed information about this situation?
