Download stalls with no error message

I'm unable to run the Dreamweaver CC 2017 download from either the setup.exe on my PC or directly from the Dreamweaver download site. When I try either method, they stop after about 3 seconds with no error message. How do I get past this?

Do you have admin rights on your machine? If not, or if you are not sure, ask your IT admin to install the app for you.

Hi Marks5286914,

As you have mentioned you are trying to install Dreamweaver CC 2017 on your windows machine however it fails without any error message, i would recommend you try downloading the app by following the steps shared in the following help document: Install and use Creative Cloud apps on a new computer.

Let us know if this helps.

Today I am able to get to my account page, but there is no 'Manage' option. Instead there is message `Contact your IT
administrator to make changes to your membership.
` I did this and he said that the deactivation process does not apply because this is a corporate and not an individual license.

How do I go about getting a replacement copy successfully loaded?

Sorry for the late reply, if you see the message `Contact your IT administrator to make changes to your membership" it means you have a Creative Cloud for teams subscription, i am moving this thread to Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS, experts here will be able to assist you better.
