Seit heute neu in meinem Dreamweaver: Ein Button mit der Beschriftung "Abrechnungsproblem". Natürlich sind alle Rechnungen bezahlt und werden monatlich automatisch von Adobe eingezogen. Der Button ist nicht anklickbar, es gibt also keine Chance, mehr zu erfahren.
Gelegentlich verweigert auch Acrobat seine Arbeit, ich hätte keine Berechtigungen für diese oder jene Pro-Funktion.
Es sieht danach aus, als ob die Lizenzprüfung von Zeit zu Zeit nicht funktioniert. Wann wird das in Ordnung gebracht?
Im Augenblick ist es nur lästig, falls ich aber meine Applikation irgendwann nicht benutzen können sollte, ist es kritisch.

I'm not sure. It seems to be a teams subscription. Where could I figure it out? I tried "My Account" but there is no information about it.

Yes, but I've seen no information about our plan. I've checked an invoice and there's also no info. Where in the admin console can I find this information?

The button with the text “Billing problem” has now disappeared from my Dreamweaver. So I still think it is a problem with the license server.
