Education VIC - license unexpectedly expired

Hi All

 

I'm using Adobe DET software that is licensed via the Department of Education - see here:

https://fuse.education.vic.gov.au/pages/adobe

 

Yesterday, all of my apps, eg Acrobat DC, Photoshop, etc suddenly started to say that my license had expired and I needed to subscribe. I've now logged in using my personal account, only to be asked if I want a 7 day trial. 

 

Is there anything I can do to solve this problem, like force creative cloud to logout from all usernames? I am a high school teacher and have been using this software for over 1 year now.

Contact your school's IT dept. 

Maybe someone forgot to renew the contracts.

As this is being offered by your government it is them you should contact.

 

There was a 90 day, Something, free system for the BS Covid-19 stuff but AFAIK that has ended.
