Enterprise ID login error

I was told I could access Creative Cloud using my corporate email address. However, it seems I goofed and logged in using the regular sign in form instead of choose "Sign in with an Enterprise ID." Now, when I try to log in using that option, it redirects me or says it doesn't recognize the ID or password. How can I correct this? I've already deleted the OOBE file.

Thank you

Hi janice,

In order to use Adobe enterprise ID, you would require an access to Adobe enterprise dashboard. Once you get access to dashboard, you can claim your domain as enterprise ID.

You may visit the article below for more info.

Thanks,

Looks like my question has been moved. I've tried Support Chat, but they are NO HELP.

when i go to put in my enterprise id, it lets me put in my user and password, but when i go to click: "sign in to enterprise ID", or click anywhere else on the screen, it redirects me to the regular adobe ID  login. also the only way that i can both get user and pass is by doing pass first

I also have this problem. It just started in the past few months - before that, I was able to use the Enterprise ID button -- but no more. Can anyone help?
