Hi, I am a student using my college enterprise license to work on my personal computer. Everything was working fine until it stopped. I contacted the college IT and Adobe personnel and they verified that everything looks legit on their end but I still can't access the programs I need for my class. I can't even reach virtual assistance on the Adobe website. Does anyone have any idea how to help me?
me back to Adobe support
how can adobe support refer you back to adobe support when you can't connect? that doesn't make sense and neither does your original post.
to start, what do you mean by, "i can't access the programs i need"?
do you mean that the cc desktop app is showing that you do not have a secure internet connection? or something else?
Sorry if my words made no sense to you, I can see that I wasn't clear enough. The Adobe school admin said I was on the correct license plan and they refferd me back to Adobe online support, so I figured out a way to call last night and one of the Adobe Enterprise support team could see that I am assigned to access a computer lab sharing license but not the personal device sharing one. He emailed me steps to pass on to the Admin at school so they can correct it. Hopefully the Admin will be able to fix it now.
thanks for the update, good luck.
Hi, @SaharShawa I cannot find any All Apps license assigned to your profile; you can check the same by logging into adobe.com. Only a CC Express license is assigned to your profile.
You can use All Apps within your college premises as they are using Shared Device Licenses.
If you want All Apps licenses on your email account, please get in touch with your college IT Admins.
