We have been trying to renew our subscription since October 6th without any response from anyone. I contacted support and got the name of the new rep and again no response. Finally we got a response with the renewal quote a day before our subscription ends. We requested to update the number of licenses and again we get no respomse again. now we are in the grace period and follow up again. after few attempts we get another quote with the new number of licenses but the pricing has increased. after going back and forth with the rep because she can't honor the previous pricing and wasting the time, she gave us updated pricing to find out that they have renewed and downgraded our subscription from Enterprise to Teams licenses without informing us or stating that the license will change. Now we are chasing the rep, the manager and another manager to get clarification on the change.
What do I need to do to address this licensing issue? My users will lose access tomorrow if this is not fixed today. I have never seen such pain process or worse renewal support. It has been a nightmare.
