My customers are always facing the following error when tying to install or update a Creative Cloud Application from the Creative Cloud application manager:
Exit Code: 113

FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download
FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download
FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: CCX-Process-mul-x64 Version: 3.8.1.1). Error code: '113'
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It did not help using the Remote Update Manager (no applicable updates found) and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Application did not help.
All customers are on CCX Process Version 3.7.1.2

Why can i access the files on my AUSST server in the LAN then? This is not an useful answer at all.

The error code is specific to the one I mentioned in the answer and it matches the problem you are having. Even the AUSST server has to download the updates from the Adobe servers before serving it to the team so maybe the issue lies over that connection. However, I am not fully sure that this might be the problem, I will move this discussion to the Enterprise and Teams forum for better insight on this

I have a couple of questions.
1. Are the end-users trying to update/install apps via the Creative Cloud Desktop application?
2. Which app are they trying to Install?
3. Is that app present on your AUSST server?
Please make sure you are using the latest version of CCDA and AUSST

1. Yes
2. They are tying to install InDesign and/or Photoshop, neither of those are working.
3. Yes
CCDA is on 5.3.1.470 and AUSST is on 5.1.9
