Before executed the installer, i have clean all temp folder, close all process Adobe, Internet Browser and MS Office, and use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool

But the result is same.

When i execute the setup.exe in CC Acrobat DC (X64)\Build\Setup\APRO18.0\Adobe Acrobat i don't have issue but i can't use this setup for deploy with SCCM

For information, with other product created by CCP (Photoshop, After Effects, FireWorks, etc..) the package work correctly.

Can you help please ?

if you need i can send the full MSI log (5.6Mo)

Thanks you

Set this registry entry up for verbose MSI logging:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/223300/how-to-enable-windows-installer-logging

Get the log, read the log, and find the item causing your install failure or  post it in the forum.

That log was for the CCP's MSI created file.   While it does give output it's not the output that I expected or really wanted.  [Edit] I was expecting the MSI log for AcroPro.msi's log and not the CCP's created MSI file.

I have a suggestion that you are free to use or not use.  This is definitely a workaround suggestion but try going into the Acrobat folder and finding the files that look similar to this:

Use the command line for Setup.exe syntax:

Setup.exe /sl "[LangCode]" /sALL

Hi

With this setup, installation work fine. But i have only Creative Cloud Ent Serial Key.

i can't use this Setup for deploy Acrobat Pro 18.

When i use the command line with elevated privileges " Setup.exe /sl "[LangCode]" /sALL"  with CCP's Setup i have this message   " setup must be launched with elevated privileges "

Best Regards

A few things:

- Can you post the registry hives dump of “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe”  & “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe” locations from the machine where it is failing.

Regarding the install....

The Setup.exe syntax was for the Acrobat Setup.exe NOT the CCP Setup.exe.   So go to the Adobe Acrobat folder that is in the CCP package and run the Setup.exe line like this:

Setup.exe /sl "1033" /sALL

Then after the Acrobat install completes run the CCP Setup.exe  with this command line:

setup.exe --silent --ADOBEINSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files (x86\)" --INSTALLLANGUAGE=en_US

This should install and provision the Acrobat as well.

If you do not have Admin privileges on the machine, then  you will need to get that or have someone who does have Admin privileges on the machine to run the lines above.
