I'm administartor of adboe and our school have 500 License.

But one student cannot login.

When he typing his password this error comes out.

Hello, 

Please confirm if the user is getting this error when signing in to the web account or to the application.

If it is a web account then I would recommend changing the browser or test it on a different machine. A screenshot would be helpful.
