Hi @ankita_6654,

Thanks for reaching out. Since your license works on Windows and the web version of Photoshop, it seems like the issue might be specific to the Mac installation. Here are some steps you can try:

Sign Out and Sign Back In:

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Sign out of your Adobe account and then sign back in. This can refresh your license status.

Check Date and Time Settings:
Ensure your Mac's date and time settings are correct. Incorrect settings can sometimes cause activation issues. Please refer to the following article

Clear Adobe Cache:
Navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe and delete the OOBE folder. This can help resolve issues related to cached data.

Reinstall Creative Cloud:
Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and then try installing your Adobe apps again.

Check for Multiple Installations:
Ensure that Adobe apps are not installed on more than the allowed number of devices. If necessary, deactivate the apps on other devices.

Firewall and Security Settings:
Please check your firewall and security settings to ensure they are not blocking Adobe services. Sometimes, security software can interfere with app activation.

Please let me know if you need additional assistance!

Regards,

^AN
