Hi,
Currently trying to install an Adobe for teams package with device based licenses on a couple of PCs.
We are having issues installing the software.
We can download the CCP launcher and create packages, then when we try to run the .msi file or the setup file it launches and installs about a quarter of the way then remains at that point for ~45 minutes then closes.
None of the applications are ever installed.

Hi Maxima ,
We need to see the PDApp.log file of the machine where the install is failing to tell you the reason of failure. The log file is formed at Mac:- /usr/Library/Logs/PDApp.log and windows:- \Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Temp.
