Everyday it is some fresh nightmare working with your licensing and products

Every single time I go into the Admin site there is something new. Today, I had just been in and was managing users. Not that you can ever delete a license and then minutes later instead of showing Product license now they all say User.

 

Also I spent an hour with a user trying to install Acrobat and no matter what we did it kept asking her to buy a trial. This was after deleting all Adobe products including creative cloud.

I AM SICK OF ADOBE and your lousy chat bots and crappy customer service

Hello Gurdeep.Singh,

we are currently having the same problem. User was assigned an InDesign license, currently we have about 11 licenses. But keeps asking to buy a trial version. Creative Cloud was uninstalled and installed. Unfortunately didn't bring anything.
