We have been are having the same issue since yesterday.  Users were kicked out of Adobe and forced to reset passwords.  Now they are getting the subscription expired message and unable to use Adobe DC.  All licenses are applied and active. I suspect that Adobe's authentication services are experiencing some kind of issue but have been unable to find anything related.

We had this issue this morning. You'll need to advise users to log out of Creative Cloud entirely (not just the individual apps) and then log back on and choose the business profile. That should solve it, at least it did for us.

We use the install of Adobe DC without Creative cloud installed. I really do not want to install CC if  I dont have to.

I've tried all of the solutions and none of them have solved my issue. The problem is the user is still only able to choose their "Personal" account rather than the business, so when they login it does not show them having a licence. They never get the option to choose Business account. I had one user that was able to select the "Business" account and everything worked fine.

Not seeing the option to choose between personal and business profiles could be because the Business profile isn't setup or may be incomplete .

Users receive an email letting them know about this change. Could you check if they've accepted the invite or clicked the "Get started" link on that email to complete their profiles.
