I've been trying to renew our organizations VIP account licenses for months via Adobe.
Account Manager is non-existent, support personal on the phone are useless, getting tickets escalated still doesn't get a callback or even email reply! Extremely fustrating!
Our organization is completely locked out of all adobe products and cannot do any work.
No one from Adobe is able to assist.......it is literally a complete joke! Keep getting the same response......"Only account manager can renew products"........which the account manager and supervisor never reply!!!
What are my other options?

No you did not. I've checked my PM's and my emails. Never received a single message from you or anyone at Adobe.
