Failure to update

Hi Forum

I am working on a pc version. My creative cloud account is part of a company one but I have my own ID.

I am trying to update indesign to the most recent version (I am on 12.0.0.81) but it will not do it. I don't know why, my colleagues updated without a problem. I've rebooted etc.

I cannot find any way to contact adobe support directly. Please can anyone on here advise?

I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) and found that you have a Creative Cloud for teams license registered on it, hence i am moving this thread to Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS​ experts here will be able to assist you better and quick.

Meanwhile you may check and confirm that the minimum system requirements for the latest InDesign CC are met on your machine: InDesign system requirements.​ If the minimum system requirements are not met you will not be able to download the latest version of the app.
