Mac OSX Creative cloud Packager.
When I try to create a package... it begins to download and then I get a message stating that it failed and to contact customer support if it continues to occur.

Please do check the cache location. it is probably due to insufficient space in the CCP preferences location and unable to save the cache.
You can change the preferences for CCP.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Ashish

Hi Ashish,
unfortunately this is a problem that is not fixed by using more free disk space. Is there any other help?
This does NOT help:
- using more disk space
- purging the cache
- using another volume for the cache
- using the startup volume for the cache
Kind regards
Norbert
