Fee Increase

Our Adobe license has renewed and the annual fee per license has gone up quite a lot (41%). I've been on hold for over an hour waiting to talk to someone. Does anyone know a more efficient way to get in contact with customer support?

Prices increased in April 2022. But I do not remember the exact amount, but it was around 10%… However, your price could have been a special introductory price. Or you live in a region where your local currency has experienced devaluation against the dollar.
