File Synching Disabled for Entire Lab

Hello! I want to start my classroom using Creative Cloud after an inspiring 3 days of Adobe Max. However, every student with a CC account has the message: "File syncing disabled. Contact your IT admin."

I AM the IT admin, at least one of them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it hasn't done anything. I also assume that this is the reason that no storage information is available.

 

Can you please help me out?
