We have two product profiles for K12 Creative Cloud Apps. In the first profile, Firefly Service is enabled. I created the second profile with the Firefly service disabled. I then deleted a student account from the original profile and added it to the new profile. I then logged into Adobe Illustrator v28 with the account and found the Generative AI features were available. I also attached info regarding our deployment package. What am I missing to disable the Firefly features in Adobe Illustrator?
It seems you have already raised a support ticket. I would request replying to the engineer's email and sharing the email ID you used for testing so they could check the details in the backend.

Please check if the user is able to use the feature in Illustrator or getting an error.

The user is able to use the AI features in Adobe Illustrator. I have made sure the user is not in more than one product profile under "CCE All Apps for K-12". I recently noticed though that the "Adobe Express for K-12" product shows the Firefly Service is enabled. See attached image. All our users are in both the "CCE All Apps for K-12" and "Adobe Express for K-12" products. I did make sure my test account is not listed under the "Adobe Express for K-12" product.

I spent some time today with Adobe support. I demonstrated that a user who is only a CCE User and not part of the Adobe Express Profile is still impacted by the Adobe Express Profile. When the Firefly service is turned on in the Adobe Express Profile and the Firefly service is turned off in the CCE Profile, the Firefly services are available in Illustrator. It would seem that the entire domain is controlled by the Adobe Express Profile. It seems that I would have to put grades K-8 in one domain and grades 9-12 in another to turn off Firefly services for grades 9-12. But, creating a separate email domain for this is not feasible at this time.
