Firewall Issues

So I am an incoming freshman at art school (yay!) and I get to download the creative suite for my classwork (double-yay!). I go to download the apps I need, and creative cloud desktop immediately reads with an error message that says 'please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again.'

I went to firewall settings, but have no idea how to proceed. Any suggestions?

Sorry to here you are having problems.

I have no idea what the reply of above is talking about as there are NO files on the Adobe website to deal with YOUR Computers firewall. In fact that is a Spam post and will be removed.

 

If the Adobe software is included with your school then you need to speak to them and find out how to downlaod and install the Adobe programs you need for your classes from your school.
