Morning,
We have shared device licenses for our school with Creative Cloud and have installed Fireworks by selecting to show older versions of apps in the CC app. Until this week, Fireworks isn't showing as an option to install anymore, yet we have it installed onto all the other PCs with CC shared licenses on. We really need to install this on the teacher PC. Does anyone know how we can install this?
Adobe support advise it's not part of the CC suite, however it definitely was until last week 😞
Thanks
Hi there,
Sometimes, the Creative Cloud desktop app does not display all the applications available in Creative Cloud. The apps you can't install on your computer are removed from the download selection screen. Some of the situations that cause this issue are listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/all-apps-displayed-aam.html
For example:
1- You will not be able to install or run Creative Cloud apps unless you’re on a supported version of Windows or macOS. For details see Fireworks system requirements
