My school has an EEA for Creative cloud that does not expire until December.
In the spring the animation program was called Flash and it worked just fine with my other Adobe products.
Since summer break the app is now called Animate and it wants a licensing key.
EEAs do not use licensing keys, I have tried everything and have concluded this has to be an ADOBE problem.
I have been emailing ADOBE for a month and cannot get anyone to call me or look into this.
HELP!
It is not likely Adobe will call you - more likely that you need to call them if you want that kind of contact. Flash was changed to being called Animate some time back which is why you are seeing the different name. This should not have affected your account/subscription, so you should contact support and see if they can work this out with you.

The name change should not have affected my account but something over the summer has blocked me out of Animate, After Effects and Muse. Everything else works fine but I teach animation and I am seven weeks into the school year with no Animate to teach.
I have jumped though all the hoops that Adobe has set up to get support. My final outcome is that I should chat with someone. That would be great if there was any link which would allow me to chat. Nothing is clickable and even search 'chat' does not give me link to chatting. This is why I ended up on the Forum.
Believe me if I had a number for anyone at ADOBE I would have been on the phone long ago.
