Framemaker 7 : Could not create the composite document

I'm using PC and a user of Framemaker 7 version and having trouble when I'm going to compare two big size of files.The below error appear when I try to compare the files:Could not create the composite document

Im using Framemaker, I guess it related to acrobat since the application also link to acrobat?
