Freelancer mit eigener ADOBE Lizenz zum Kunden.

Bei einem Lizenz Audit, von ADOBE wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wir Freelancern, keine ADOBE Teams Lizenz mehr zuteilen dürfen, sondern, das Freelancer mit Ihrer eigenen Lizenz zum Kunden kommen müssen. 

Der Freelancer kommt dann mit seiner eigenen Lizenz,

meldet sich damit an der im zugewiesenden Kunden Maschine an

arbeitet

und beim verlassen meldet er sich wieder ab.

Die Administratoren

und alle die mit IT-Sicherheit, Informationsicherheit und Datenschutz zu tun haben,

schlagen die Hände über den Kopf zusammen.

Als einstieg ins Freelancing gilt jetzt, erstmal bei ADOBE anmelden,

dann die Gewerbeanmeldung!

@Waldorf & Statler Unfortunately, the issue is not clear with your statement. Is the user getting any errors in accessing the license?

No, the user get no errors!

But ADOBE say, it is not allow, that freelancer, work with a company licence work!

Freelancers have to rent an ADOBE license for themselves, which they can then use to register with their customers.

ADOBE does not want us to grant a license to a freelancer.

For administrators, this is a bad joke.

@Waldorf & Statler As per my info, the users (Freelancers) can get access to the license from the organization for whom they are working. I need to check if there are any changes in policies recently.

Our information is
the freelancer only with their own personal license,
may (have to) register with e.g. post-productions.
It is forbidden for freelancers to obtain a license from, for example, a post-production company.

We would very much like a handout for this ADOBE workflow, for freelancers, producers and administrators in German and English.

Hello,

please can you elaborate on the restriction you are seeing here? It should be possible to add the e-mail address of an external user to your Admin Console in order to assign them a license. 
As per our terms and conditions, each user should use their own Adobe account and should not share their login details, but there is no restriction on adding addresses such as those from gmail.com, gmx.com or other organisations outside of your own e-mail domain as Adobe ID or Business ID accounts in the Admin Console.

You don't have the right information.
If you have an exam from the ADOBE license checkers / auditors, you will find out that freelancers are only allowed to go to the customer with their own license.
The ADOBE License Checkers are very, very hot!

A precise description of the "handout" of this workflow,
to make it clear to every freelancer, producer and administrator that you have to work with ADOBE licenses, we are still waiting.

As stated, there is no restriction in the Admin Console on the kind of e-mail address you can add. As long as you have enough licenses for your users, you should be compliant. I would suggest raising this with your reseller or account manager, as this seems to be a contractual issue.

This is not a contractual problem!
As you write it, we make it up to our ADOBE license audit.
Your ADOBE Lizenz auditors are urging freelancers to work with there own Freelancer licenses.
Since we do not receive any guidance from the Licence auditors, we are looking for the appropriate guidance here.

Bei ADOBE steht:

Lizenzen sollten daher mit einer E-Mail-Adresse verknüpft werden, die für die Person eindeutig ist. Wenn diese Person ein Freelancer /Freiberufler ist, muss diese Person auch eine Lizenz rechtsmässig kaufen, um die Adobe Produkte zu benutzen.

Das heißt im Klar Text, Freelancer, dürfen nur mit eigener Lizenz beim Kunden arbeiten!

Man muss annehmen, das ADOBE, so genau analysieren möchte wie, wo, wann die Freelancer aktiv sind.
