I'm trying to reinstall Acrobat 9 Pro on a user's PC but the installer is telling me that my volume license is invalid. Is there any fix for this? I tried chatting with customer support but they sent me here.

I am sorry for the delay in response.
It might be possible that you are using single product installer instead of suite installer which can result in this error message to appear or using Creative Suite serial number with single product installer.
