With exciting innovations in the digital industry, and new apps hitting the market almost on a daily basis, delivering personalized digital experience across customer touch points is the new mantra for customer experience management. Creative organizations are under increased pressure to streamline their creative workflows, work smarter, faster, and collaborate more closely with marketers.

Digital assets are central to most collaborative workflows. However, it is a challenge to manage thousands of brand assets distributed across diverse creative applications and digital asset management solutions. Here is where the connection between Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager comes to the aid of companies, making it easier to pull content in from different sources. Adobe Asset Link strengthens collaboration between creatives and marketers in the content creation process. Through an inbuilt panel in Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise apps, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, creatives can find and reuse digital assets and other content from Adobe Experience Manager Assets directly within the Creative Cloud apps. There is no need to log in separately to AEM Assets or learn how to navigate Experience Manager Assets.

With Adobe Asset Link, you can do the following and much more:

  • Search across AEM Assets and Creative Cloud Assets
  • Check out/in content stored in AEM Assets to prevent duplicate work by team members and to maintain a single source of truth
  • Keep work-in-progress assets and final production assets in separate locations
  • Upload new assets to AEM Assets

Your administrator can quickly set up Adobe Asset Link for you though an easy three-step process:

  1. Create user group
  2. Configure AEM Assets for Adobe Asset Link
  3. Install Adobe Asset link

Use Adobe Asset Link to work with and modify assets stored within your organization's digital asset management system– AEM Assets.
