Has the deployment of a second CC for education package caused my Sign In Failure across all machines?

hi All, tried posting this in the live chat the past two days with support but cant seem to send response to their questions (tried two browsers, but send message button still grayed out). Just want to check on the community of anyone else had this sign in failure across machines after deploying a second package under the education device licensing? Even after uninstalling one package I still cannot sign into any adobe products, full or trial versions now. Its seems all shut down.

Advice would be greatly appreciated please, thanks.
