I have Adobe CC Teams on 2 laptops, my main work laptop and another smaller one I use for client presentations. The smaller laptop doesn’t have much space on it, I rarely use it so it’s not much of a problem.
Today I turned on the smaller laptop and CC started syncing, to my horror I noticed on my main work laptop half my CC files disappeared. I checked my local trash and they weren’t in there either. I went onto CC’s website and found them in my deleted/archived folder (they weren't easy to find either as there was a lot of rubbish in there) and was able to restore them.
I think this happened because my smaller laptop didn’t have enough space to sync the files locally, but why would CC delete the files from my other computer? It wasn’t just mine, other co-workers share my CC files and they all messaged me in a panic because the files were gone.
This just seems crazy to me, cloud storage shouldn't work this way. Surely Adobe CC is designed to run on multiple devices, and if those devices don’t have enough storage space it shouldn’t delete the files off EVERY device? This is awful. Please fix this Adobe!

Well, if you have syncing, and files are deleted on one computer because of a lack of space, I'd expect them to be deleted on the other - otherwise it isn't synching. It sounds as if you have been misled into going into the cloud without using backups, though, like many people - but backups are even more important. Suggest you sort out backups urgently!

Luckily we do have a daily backup system in place!
