Help Identifying and Cancelling an Unknown Adobe Charge

Hi,
Our company is receiving a recurring charge from Adobe, but we are unable to identify which account or email it is linked to. We would appreciate your help in finding out which subscription is associated with this charge so we can review and cancel it if necessary.

Hi, I have the same problem. I tried a trial subscription, and then after 3days of trial i canceled the plan and notice after 7days it was automatically deducted from my account. How do I cancel the subscription or remove my bank details in payment methods?

I understand you need account details, but we do not know which account this charge is linked to. This is an old recurring charge that has been deducted from our company’s account for years, and we are trying to cancel it.
We do not have access to the email or name associated with the Adobe account. However, we do have details about the charge, including the monthly amount and the company credit card from which the payment is being deducted.
Please advise on how we can proceed with canceling this charge.
