I am searching for a contact at Adobe to answer an email I sent to our account manager nearly a month ago after he consolidated all of the accounts using our domain into the Adobe Console. Instead of receiving our Tech-Soup non-profit pricing we were charged but assured we would get the non-profit pricing. When I had this discussion with the account manager, I was told we would now have cancellation fees in order to switch to the non-profit rate. I sent a recap email of all of our interactions to the account manager on 5/27/2022 but am still waiting for a response. I would like to talk to someone else but cannot find a number to call or a person to talk to about this. We do not have the money to pay full Adobe subscription prices and I would not have consented to the consolidation if I was not told this would all be fixed after the accounts were migrated.
The best way to expedite this would be to contact Adobe Support. Go to the Admin Console > Support page. From here you should be able to contact Support via Chat or call the phone number indicated.
