hi this is driving me insane, ive been trying to cancel my creative cloud plan. I was guided to simply cancel the plan by the 'manage my plan' option however mine does not exist - im assuming it is because it is a teams plan? which is discounted for a year but then that discount is removed after a year and the subscription continues at a higher price (my reason for canceling). apparently to cancel a teams subscription i have to navigate to the adobe admin console and then support. I also do not have access to this and am guided to contact my systems administrator?? also attempted to delete the account hoping that would somehow cancel the subscription but its literally not an option for some reason. please help thank you

If it is a teams plan, there is an administrator. To log in to the admin console (if you are the only user and contract owner of a teams plan, you are the administrator) use this link: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/

Your team administrator has to manage your plan. It continues until the team cancels it. You, as an individual in the team, don't control this process.

If it is a teams plan, there is an administrator. To log in to the admin console (if you are the only user and contract owner of a teams plan, you are the administrator) use this link: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/

However, I think that you have an individual licence that is a first year strongly discounted and all further years less discounted. Then you can manage your account via: https://account.adobe.com.

However, if you want to cancel, and you are behind your payments you can't self-cancel. You need to contact Adobe customer care for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

I've just spent THREE hours on various phone calls with Adobe Support, Adobe Teams Support, Adobe Billing Support and NO ONE COULD HELP ME CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! NONE of the help topics are correct. NONE of the service reps could help me. NO ONE came back on the teams billing support phone call after 30 minutes I gave up, hung up. I'm lodging a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and instructing my credit card company to DECLINE further payments.

What subscription do you have?

As you posted in Enterprise and Teams forum, I would assume that you have a Teams subscription.

If you have an individual subscription, you can cancel by following the instructions here: How to cancel your Adobe plan or membership
