Hello everyone,
I received an email, saying that they were unable to approve my request since they haven’t received any form of academic identification.
So how can I submit my request attaching my proof of academic status? Is there an email address I did not see yet? Or should I call?
Can anyone please help me cause if they not receive my proof of eligibility, they will cancel my Student and Teacher Edition Creative Cloud subscription.
