Hello...
So, recently, a user at our company submitted a "request" for a product (Illustrator). I, as account admin, went in and sent them an invite and product was installed.
However, through some fluke, I am still getting daily "requests" in my email. I went to the site in the Adobe Console where those requests are held, but there is no way to delete or shut them off.
The only way I see is if I send a "Decline" notice, then repeat the process or just skip the process if possible.
Has anyone else had this issue?

You can approve or deny the request or cancel out of the review window to come back at a later time. For more information about managing requests, please go through the following helpx document.
